Hello mr Darcy. I am writing from new zealand.I have seen your movie pride and predudice over 20 times at least and read the book recently.
I loved the movie and I thought your acting with keira knightly just made it.No one else could have played the parts as you both did.
I would like to see a part two to this movie as It finished to soon, my darcy and lizzie had only just really met on good terms. There so much more that lizzie and mr darcy can get up to now that they have declared there love for each other. as in catheran debough has forbidden the marriage, mr bingles sister did not want her brother to marry jane, lizzie and mr darcys wedding, lots more can happen in part 2. you should make a suggestion to joe write.
Thankyou for delivering an inspiration movie. Im looking forward to going back to the UK just to visit the stately homes, thanks to pride and predudice

Just back from London where i saw private lives and it was great great great. Just discovered Matthew as i didnt see spooks or p&p so havnt seen him before. He was so good. Im a massive sex and the city fan so the allure was Kim however Matthew made the play and was utterly brilliant. I may need to go and buy spooks box set now!

Go see it if you can. An amazing performance from all the cast but Matthew shines in it.

I know Matthew doesn't see this, but thanks to Darcylicious.com, I have tickets and will see Private Lives next week when I am in London. What a treat to be there the same time he is on the boards. I can't wait, hope my seats are good, got them months ago when it was first announced, have read the reviews, it sounds great. I'll let you all know when I return. I am a huge fan, have loads of his movies and tv.

I adore you and know that you are talanted man and your films are really impress me much espacially I like your performance in "The Way We Live Now" It's better than I've never could see! As much as we enjoyed listening to "singing" Matthew, nothing compares to the sound of his voice in the Haagen Dazs commercial. Thank you for re-inserting it.

I find it hard to believe that Matthew doesn't seem to be getting as much media attention as Kim Catrall in Private Lives. Is she a big deal in the UK? She certainly isn't in the states. Besides, she's just not as good looking as he is.

I've just recently discovered Matthew as I've just recently seen Pride and Prejudice. Oh how I wish he was in more things in the US! I love him. Sadly I'm reduced to finding his work on the internet:( I am so grateful though that Joe Wright cast him, hopefully he'll use him more in his future movies. Hey Matthew, if you ever read this, I'm for hire(*wink*)... personal assistant, nanny for the kids, whatever!! I'm in the US, but willing to relocate. I'm sure my husband and kids will understand;)

Just a question I wanted to ask. In Belgium there is painfully little to find of Matthew's work. For months I ordered 2 of his previous work, and still nothing! Pore Belgium ;-(

If this is read by Matthew all the better. Just a note to say that you played the character of Mr. Darcy so very well. It is one of my favourite movies to sit and watch when I'm down and depressed about whatever relationship I'm in or not... And it really gives me hope that I may find my own Mr. Darcy..
